OUR HISTORY
Kenon Properties started at Achimota (Grace Hill Estate) in November, 2018 with four (4) bedroom houses, all ensiute , fully detached, thereby paving way for the commencement of other operations such as Estate management and security services. In 2020 the GraceHill Estate located at Achimota was half way done with a showroom.

Our properties are located in the heart of Accra with over seventy (70) homes, built on the strength of our dedicated staff, customer centrism, integrity and utmost customer service. We are currently developing Haatso, Achimota site B and C, Trassaco, Spintex Phase 1 and 2 and a duplex for rent at East Airport.
